  • City Gate Residences is a 270-unit purpose-built rental development located in Victoria’s Westshore. The project comprises two six-storey wood-frame buildings constructed above a 2.6-acre parkade. Amenities include a gym, social lounge, rooftop patios, outdoor kitchens, a playground, and spaces for private events. Units feature high-end finishes and offer elevated views of the surrounding urban landscape.

Delblush Lane

  • Delblush Lane is a 21-lot single-family subdivision located along the Latoria corridor in South Langford. Positioned near schools, the Olympic View golf resort, Royal Bay shopping center, and a range of outdoor recreation, the project offers a balance of urban access and West Coast lifestyle. The lots were prepared and sold to builder clients.

Each 2,250 sq ft unit includes three bedrooms, two and a half bathrooms, walk-in closets, and high-end finishes. Positioned above the Westshore urban center, the property offers a balance of privacy, natural setting, and access to nearby amenities.
