This 4,500 sq ft custom slab-on-grade duplex is part of a 28-lot subdivision located on the slopes of Triangle Mountain. Designed with open floor plans and level access, each unit includes expansive rear yards and unobstructed views of the surrounding hills.

City Gate Residences is a 270-unit purpose-built rental development located in Victoria’s Westshore. The project comprises two six-storey wood-frame buildings constructed above a 2.6-acre parkade. Amenities include a gym, social lounge, rooftop patios, outdoor kitchens, a playground, and spaces for private events. Units feature high-end finishes and offer elevated views of the surrounding urban landscape.
